A bit about you
Love working with food? You are professional, creative, have a passion for good food, and thrive on working in a busy, high volume kitchen environment working with the freshest ingredients. You'll have strong communication skills and proven Demi/Chef de Partie experience in a restaurant or large hotel; you'll have a can-do attitude, create a fun environment and enjoy keeping your team of like-minded culinary professionals motivated. Due to the nature of this role, early morning starts will be required so flexibility regarding work hours are key.
